96-Year-Old Breaks 5K Record, Still Wants to Improve

Bob McAdam set an age-group record at a 5K run in Highlands Ranch, Colorado on Thanksgiving. Braving 30-degree temperatures and 13 mph winds at 5,000 ft elevations, McAdam broke the record by over a minute. And the beauty of it is McAdam is 96 years old. And he’s not done yet!
