96-Year-Old Athlete Smashes Sprinting Records

A former dentist is breaking records and proving that you are never too old to live an active life. At 96, Charles Eugster, hold’s Great Britain’s record as the fastest male sprinter in the country over the age of 95, but this is a very small part of what there is to admire about this man. Charles spreads a message of health, hope, and fitness and spreads the word to other elderly people that being lively is required for a good life, and that no matter what your age, activity will improve your existence.
