Exercise has always had amazing benefits and results for the body, both seen and unseen. However when we see how it greatly improves our daily lives is when we really appreciate it. If you’ve had trouble academically – exercise helps, if you’ve felt unattractive – exercise helps. The hardest part is being consistent, especially since it’s so easy to say no to leg day! But the benefits far outweigh the risks.
