10 minutes daily walk cuts risk of death in middle-age, experts advise

A recent report has found that people over 40 tend to get less exercise. This lack of exercise can lead to consequences including premature death. Fortunately, there is a solution. A free NHS fitness app encourages people to get out and walk. The app encourages at least ten minutes of brisk walking everyday, research shows that it can decrease the chances of early death by 15%.
